Kubos has collaborated with the Royal Thai Air Force, Swiss company RUAG Space and the US government. There is a growing trend in the computing industry of leveraging the growing capabilities of open-source software.
As more large constellations are planned and launched into orbit, more collaborations will happen between large aerospace firms and innovative software companies such as Kubos.
Anywise sees Kubos’ open-source integrated flight software framework beneficial to the Australian aerospace industry as space and technology.
